Surface Preparation
Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, mill scale, and rust.
For metal: properly primed with compatible anti‑corrosive primer; lightly abrade glossy surfaces.
For wood: sand smooth, remove dust; apply suitable wood primer/undercoat.

Apply evenly; thin 0–10% with compatible enamel thinner if required to application viscosity.
Conventional spray
Thin 10–20% with enamel thinner; adjust to 20–25 sec B‑4 cup.
Airless spray
Tip 0.013–0.017"; pressure 1800–2200 psi; adjust as needed.
Thinner / Cleaner
Mineral spirit/enamel thinner; ensure compatibility by test patch.
Mixing
Stir thoroughly until homogeneous. Strain before spray.
Overcoating
Allow adequate drying; lightly denib between coats for best finish.
Use only with adequate ventilation; avoid inhalation of vapours/mist.
Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. No smoking.
