Application & Environmental Requirements
MOISTURE SENSITIVITY: Isocyanates react with water to form CO₂ gas. Do not apply if humidity exceeds 85%
or if rain is expected within 6 hours. Never use alcohol-based thinners.
Induction Time: Not required. Mix thoroughly and apply immediately.
Thinning: Use only approved PU Thinner. Addition of 10-15% may be required for airless spray.
Overcoating: Compatible with epoxy primers and intermediate coats. Ensure primer is free
of "Amine Blush" before PU application.
Surface Preparation
Apply to surfaces previously coated with compatible primers. The surface must be clean, dry, and free from all
contaminants. For best results, abrade the intermediate coat with 400-grit sandpaper if the maximum recoat
window has been exceeded.
