The formulation guidelines, technical suggestions, process notes, raw material recommendations, and troubleshooting inputs provided by SaitechLabs are intended for technical guidance, laboratory evaluation, product development support, and knowledge-transfer purposes.

Scope of Formulation Guidelines

• The formulation is provided as an initial technical framework based on available information.
• Raw material quality, vendor variation, batch-to-batch consistency, process conditions, equipment design, and operator practice may affect final product performance.
• The client must verify the suitability of the formulation under their own manufacturing, storage, application, climatic, and end-use conditions.
• Any commercial production must be taken up only after proper internal approval, QC validation, safety review, and regulatory compliance verification.

Client Responsibility

• The client is responsible for conducting trials, recording observations, submitting feedback, and validating performance data.
• The client must ensure that all raw materials are sourced from approved and reliable vendors.
• The client must check local statutory, environmental, safety, labelling, packaging, transport, and disposal requirements before commercialization.
• SaitechLabs shall not be responsible for losses arising from improper production, wrong raw material substitution, inadequate testing, poor application practice, or deviation from recommended process controls.

Collaborative Development

SaitechLabs Tech Dossiers and formulation guidelines are developed through mutual technical interaction between the consultant and the client. The final product quality depends on the client’s experimental facts, plant observations, QC data, field feedback, and consistent support.

No Absolute Warranty

Since formulation performance depends on many practical variables beyond the direct control of SaitechLabs, no absolute warranty is implied regarding fitness for a particular purpose, market acceptance, statutory approval, or long-term field performance unless separately validated and agreed in writing.
