Remove dust, dirt, oil, and fungus using a wire brush or scrubbing. Strictly clean all edges and corners.
Apply SBR Latex cementitious primer evenly to the cleaned surface. Allow to dry completely.
Once the primer is dry, fill all cracks wider than 1mm with a suitable crack filling substance.
Apply 3 coats minimum for standard areas. Use 4-5 coats at expansion joints for robust protection.
1 Litre of PUcoat covers 20 sq. ft. for a standard 3-coat application depending on texture.
Wear suitable protective clothing and eye protection. Ensure adequate ventilation; avoid inhalation of vapour.
