Role Summary
Management Trainees (Non-Technical) will be trained to handle centralized business operations for paint manufacturing companies. The role focuses on managing purchase coordination, sales support, accounts documentation, HR processes, administrative control, and IT-based systems from a Chennai-based remote operations center.
Functional Areas
Purchase
Vendor coordination, raw material follow-up, purchase order processing, rate comparison, and supplier communication.
Sales Support
Order processing, quotation preparation, client follow-up, dispatch coordination, and customer communication.
Accounts
Invoice preparation, payment tracking, data entry, billing coordination, and financial record maintenance.
HR
Attendance tracking, employee records, recruitment support, onboarding, and training coordination.
Administration
Documentation control, office coordination, report preparation, and operational support.
IT Support
Handling digital systems, data management, website updates, MIS reports, and software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple paint manufacturing clients for daily operational support.
- Handle purchase tracking, supplier communication, and material planning.
- Support sales team with quotations, order entry, and dispatch coordination.
- Prepare invoices, maintain records, and track payments.
- Maintain HR records including attendance, employee data, and recruitment support.
- Manage administrative documentation and reporting systems.
- Work on digital platforms, ERP systems, and web-based tools.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain structured data systems.
- Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Work Model
Candidates will be based in Chennai and will work remotely to support operations of multiple surface coating and paint manufacturing clients. The role involves coordination through digital systems, calls, and structured reporting mechanisms.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / BBA / BBM / B.Sc / Any Degree
- Basic knowledge of business operations and office systems
- Computer proficiency (Excel, basic software tools)
